Your training via the video’s will progress at your own pace. I can conduct Progress checks at
whatever intervals you choose. The fee for your progress Check will be $40 dollars, you will be
required to video tape yourself and to perform The required belt rank material in the "air" and on
a partner.

The requirements as outlined on the belt requirement sheets should be followed when video taping
yourself before sending a video to us.  Please call Master Ingargiola beforehand to receive your
instructions for the number of repetition and a general evaluation outline (as per your past Martial Arts
experience, age and fitness level).  The standards that we employ in person are the same ones that
we employ over our website.  I will review you entire Video and call you back with a lengthy critique.
A belt and diploma would be included if  a new Rank is warranted. (there is no charge for re-evaluation)

It will be necessary for us to meet would be for your black belt evaluation This is a six hour eval-
uation, which will includes every facet of the system.  A one hundred question written test must be taken
beforehand.  During this evaluation, you will be boardbreaking (multiple and speed), sparring, grappling,
performing empty handed/weaponry Kata. knife/gun/club/grab defenses, performing speed sets
to name just some of the activities.  This evaluation is designed to physically and mentally challenge you
as an individual. The fee for this evaluation is $200 dollars.  As this final evaluation approaches I will send
you a copy of a past evaluation, so you will know what to expect.
